Lakeland Pool Home Renovation

Built in 1967, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath home required EPA protocol for renovation because its surfaces contained lead-based paint. The interior was contaminated with visible mold throughout, requiring remediation and build back of the drywall. Due to the age and distress of this pool home, it was completely updated with new plumbing, a new electric panel and wiring throughout as well as a new air conditioning system, new roof, light fixtures and bathroom remodels, along with an updated kitchen layout, neutral paint, and brand new carpet and appliances.

Watermill Cove Rehab

This UCF area home was built in 1992 and required a completely new plumbing system due to the presence of polybutylene pipes in order to ensure finance-abilty and insurability of the home for potential buyers. The exterior was begging for curb appeal and the interior demanded a functional kitchen layout. With updated plumbing, a new air conditioning system, drywall repairs throughout, all new cabinets and countertops, and fresh paint inside and out, this home achieved remarkable transformations resulting in decreased market time for the seller.

Orlando Condo Transformation

This 600 sq ft condo may be small in size but saw huge improvements!! Built in 1975, this property had the original Federal Pacific electric panel which we replaced to reduce risk of fire. After GreenSpace remedied all safety hazards, our team repainted the interior, installed new flooring throughout, replaced all cabinets and countertops, installed new plumbing fixtures, replaced the air conditioning system and installed all new light fixtures. What a difference those updates made for this property!

Tuscany at Lake Mary Remodel

At 14 years old, this two-story pool home was long overdue for exterior paint, new roofing and a new air conditioning system. The kitchen cabinets were water damaged from a prior leak under the sink and the thermo foil doors were peeling back. So GreenSpace replaced the doors with updated raised-panel maple cabinetry in a rich cognac finish. The pool was completely rehabbed and refinished and received all new equipment so the new homeowners could enjoy their property without major maintenance expenses for many years to come!
